Birds

Birds is a restaurant-club with an entertainment program in the Moscow City business center. The multi-format project operates on the 84th floor of the Oko Tower. The menu took a course in two directions – Europe and Asia. . Asian cuisine is represented by: rolls, sushi, sashimi, poke bowls, dim sums, Peking duck. The European part is tartars, bruschettas, sweet potato ravioli with dry-cured duck and sea bass with leek cream. A small section of the restaurant’s healthy food menu: salad with shiitake mushrooms and quinoa, white miso soup with sake and cottage cheese with matches and berries. The main thing in the bar card of the Birds club is signature cocktails from bartender Ilya Doronin. Emphasis was placed on bright design and theatrical presentation. So, the Dragon Egg sour based on vodka with matches and aloe honey is served in a glass imitating half a large egg, on hay; and the Hover Over berry-floral cocktail is served with a cloud of cotton candy. The wine list includes a selection of premium champagnes, sparkling and still wines from France, Germany, Austria, Spain and Portugal. Of the 150 samples of wine, about 15 are poured into glasses.
Every day after 21:00, the restaurant-club “Birds” in the tower “Oko” hosts events from DJ sets to concerts and gastronomic performances.
