The restaurant’s menu features authentic Georgian recipes and dishes that reflect a modern take on traditional food. The restaurant serves khinkali kalakuri with pork and beef; with seafood and bisque sauce, and khinkali with gorgonzola, tomatoes and black truffle; they bake khachapuri in Megrelian, Adjarian and the author’s version with four types of cheese, pear and spinach. Georgian meat specialties are served: beef stew with onion and garlic – tsveniani, pork fried with potatoes – odjakhuri and chicken stew – chakhokhbili.
The wine list includes more than 100 items: wines from large Georgian houses, small wineries, and extremely rare and regenerated grape varieties (otskhanuri sapere, tsarapi, tsitska, budeshurisebri) In November 2021, the VAKH wine list received three stars in the IV independent All-Russian Russian Wine Award Awards.
