Birds is a restaurant-club with an entertainment program in the Moscow City business center. The multi-format project operates on the 84th floor of the Oko Tower. The menu took a course in two directions – Europe and Asia. . Asian cuisine is represented by: rolls, sushi, sashimi, poke bowls, dim sums, Peking duck. The European part is tartars, bruschettas, sweet potato ravioli with dry-cured duck and sea bass with leek cream. A small section of the restaurant’s healthy food menu: salad with shiitake mushrooms and quinoa, white miso soup with sake and cottage cheese with matches and berries. The main thing in the bar card of the Birds club is signature cocktails from bartender Ilya Doronin. Emphasis was placed on bright design and theatrical presentation.
