A business trip to Moscow, negotiations with an important partner in Bangkok, the conclusion of a supply contract in Beijing. Organizing a transfer to the airport and a driver to meet you on arrival will help you save time and energy.
RATES FOR HOTEL GUESTS – RUBLES
The services of a professional driver with knowledge of English, Wi-Fi, a multifunctional charger, water, umbrellas, and a shoe cleaning sponge are included in the price.
From 8:00 AM on December 31, 2025, to 11:00 PM on January 1, 2026, the cost of transportation services must be calculated with a multiplier of three (3) times the current standard daily rates.
This applies to all types of vehicles and all transportation services.

| *When ordering a meeting at the airport, the rate includes paid parking, meeting with a sign, and waiting for the guest for up to 1 hour. Waiting time (over 15 minutes) is charged separately, based on 1 hour rental of the selected vehicle type.

- The start of the trip time is considered the time specified in the preliminary application, while the waiting time is paid according to the “City Trip” rate.
- The actual rental time is rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Transfer is a non-stop transportation of one or more passengers from point A (hotel) to point B (airport, railway station, river port) or vice versa. If the route is changed (transportation of each passenger to different addresses, stops at other places), the trip is paid at the “Transfer” rate plus hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate for the time the vehicle is used from the first stop of the vehicle based on the above rates.
- Transfer from the airport (railway station, river port) to the hotel includes 1 hour of free waiting from the moment of landing (arrival of the train, ship), after which the transfer cost is added to the hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate.
- Transfer from the hotel to the airport (railway station, river port) includes 10 minutes of free waiting from the moment of arrival, after which the transfer cost is added to the hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate.
- In case of returning the passenger from the airport (railway station, river port), particularly in case of flight (train, ship) cancellation or delay, the return trip is paid based on the above rates.
- In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Business or Premium class based on the “City trip” and “Transfer” rates less than 1 hour before its execution (time of dispatch) or absence of the guest at the pick-up address by the start time of the rental, the guest pays a penalty equal to 1 hour of the “City trip” tariff for the Business or Premium class.
- In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Minivan or Mercedes Sprinter or Bus based on the “City trip” tariff less than 3 hours before the dispatch time or absence of the guest at the pick-up address by the start time of the rental, the guest pays a penalty equal to the cost of 1 hour of the “City trip” tariff for the Minivan or Mercedes Sprinter or Bus according to the ordered class of vehicle.
- In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Minivan or Mercedes Sprinter or Bus based on the “Transfer” rate (trips from/to the airport, from/to the railway or river station) less than 3 hours before its execution (dispatch time), the guest pays a penalty equal to the full cost of the “Transfer” rate for the Minivan or Mercedes Sprinter or Bus according to the ordered class of vehicle.
- Trips between 23:00 and 07:00 are charged with a 50% surcharge.
- The “City Trip” rate includes the cost of the first two hours of parking at paid city parking lots in Saint Petersburg when waiting during the trip.
- List of services subject to additional payment:
- Parking fees at the airport (railway station, river port) after free waiting time (more than 2 hours);
- VIP parking at the airport;
- Paid city parking, starting from the third hour of parking when waiting during the trip;
