Description

Where did the term "Bulgakov's Moscow" come from?

Quite simply, Bulgakov, as one of the world's most famous Soviet writers, was Moscow's most prominent admirer.

It is impossible not to notice that his famous novel “The Master and Margarita” begins with the lines: “One day in the spring, at the hour of an unprecedentedly hot sunset, two citizens appeared in Moscow, on the Patriarch’s Ponds.” And thanks to them, every year many tourists gather at the Patriarch's Ponds to view all the beauty through the eyes of the author.

Our guide will help you to find yourself in all the places that the writer liked to walk, namely: Patriarch's Ponds, Variety, Sadovaya 302-bis, Margaret's Castle, Nikitsky Gates, Gogol's House, Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
