The start time of the trip is the time specified in the preliminary application.
The actual rental time is rounded up to the nearest hour.
A trip outside the Moscow Ring Road, with the exception of transfers, is paid at the rate of:
According to the BMW 5 series class – 75 rubles / km. one way
According to the BMW 7 Series class – 80 rubles / km. one way
In the Mercedes V-class class – 96 rubles / km. one way
The countdown is from the moment of departure from the Moscow Ring Road.
A transfer is a non-stop transportation of one or more passengers from point A (hotel) to point B (airport, railway station, river station) or vice versa. When changing the route (transportation of each passenger to different addresses, arrivals to other places), the trip is paid at the rate of “Transfer” plus hourly payment at the rate “Trip in the city” for the time of using the car from the moment the car was first stopped based on the above rates.
Transfer from the airport (railway station, river station) to the hotel includes 1 hour of free waiting from the moment of landing (arrival of the train, ship), after which the hourly payment is added to the cost of the transfer at the rate “Trip in the city”.
If the Client refuses to travel in a Mercedes V-class at the “Trip in the city” tariff less than 3 hours before the pick-up time or if the Client is absent at the pick-up address by the start time of the rental, the Client pays a fine in the amount of the cost of 1 hour at the “Trip in the city” in the Mercedes V-class class.
In the event that the Client refuses to travel in a Mercedes V-class class at the “Transfer” tariff (travels from / to the airport, from / to the railway or river station) less than 3 hours before the deadline for its execution (time of filing), the Client pays a fine in the amount of the full cost of the “Transfer” tariff for the Mercedes V-class class.
The fixed rate “Short trip in the city” is valid on the condition of a trip from the Hotel, with the designation of one specific destination of the trip from the moment of boarding until 31 minutes, from 31 minutes the hourly rate applies.
List of services subject to additional payment:
- The cost of parking at the airport (railway station, river station) after a free waiting time;
- VIP parking at the airport; Minivan parking at the airport (for 15 or more people);
- Paid city parking, as well as closed paid parking at shopping centers, exhibition centers, etc.
