**The rates for Mercedes V-class vehicles with a capacity of 7 passengers have a 10% surcharge

• The start time of the trip is considered the time specified in the preliminary application, with waiting time charged according to the “City trip” tariff.
• The minimum rental time for the “City trip” tariff:
  • for Mercedes E-class, is 3 hours
  • for Mercedes S-class, is 3 hours
  • for Mercedes V-class, is 4 hours
  • for Mercedes Sprinter, is 4 hours
• The actual rental time is rounded up to the nearest hour.
• Transfer – is a non-stop transportation of one or more passengers from point A (hotel) to point B (airport, railway station, river station) or vice versa. In case of a route change (transportation of each passenger to different addresses, stops at other places), the trip is paid based on the “Transfer” rate plus hourly payment according to the “City trip” tariff for the time of using the vehicle from the first stop of the vehicle based on the above rates.
• Transfer from the airport (railway station, river station) to the hotel includes 1 hour of free waiting time from the landing time (train arrival, ship arrival), after which hourly payment according to the “City trip” tariff is added to the transfer cost.
• Transfer from the hotel to the airport (railway station, river station) includes 30 minutes of free waiting time from the time of dispatch, after which hourly payment according to the “City trip” tariff is added to the transfer cost.
• In case of a passenger’s return from the airport (railway station, river station), particularly in case of flight cancellation or rescheduling (train, ship), the return trip is paid based on the above rates.
• In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Mercedes S-class based on the “City trip” and “Transfer” rates less than 1 hour before its execution (time of dispatch) or absence of the guest at the pick-up address by the start time of the rental, the guest pays a penalty equal to 1 hour of the “City trip” tariff for the Mercedes S-class.
• In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter based on the “City trip” tariff less than 3 hours before the dispatch time or absence of the guest at the pick-up address by the start time of the rental, the guest pays a penalty equal to the cost of 1 hour of the “City trip” tariff for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter according to the ordered class of vehicle.
• In case of a guest’s refusal of a trip in the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter based on the “Transfer” rate (trips from/to the airport, from/to the railway or river station) less than 3 hours before its execution (dispatch time), the guest pays a penalty equal to the full cost of the “Transfer” rate for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter according to the ordered class of vehicle.
• Trips from 23:00 to 07:00 are charged with a 50% surcharge.
• The “City trip” tariff includes the cost of the first two hours of parking in paid city parking lots in St. Petersburg while waiting during the trip.
• List of additional services subject to additional payment:
  • Cost of parking at the airport (railway station, river station) after the free waiting time (more than 2 hours);
  • VIP parking at the airport;
  • Paid city parking, starting from the third hour of parking while waiting during the trip
