Mr. Bo

The project was opened by chefs Dmitry Bogachev and Eldar Muradov, who worked together for four years in the Ginza Project holding. The institution got its name in honor of the owners. Mr. is a reference to Muradov’s surname, and Bo is an abbreviation of Dmitry’s surname in a certain Asian way. The chef admits that he was nicknamed so for his craving for Asian food. The restaurant’s compact menu offers author’s dishes with Asian touches. For example, dim sums are served with chicken and shiitake mushrooms, and kimchi cabbage is added to oxtail soup. The bar menu has a large selection of wines. All positions are poured into glasses, thanks to a special coravin device.
