Nama is a contemporary Asian cuisine restaurant. This is a joint project of restaurateurs Arkady Novikov and Anton Pinsky and brand chef Glen Ballis. The menu includes Southeast Asian cuisine in the author’s interpretation: crab tacos, beetroot tataki, fish teppanyaki. There are many fish and seafood dishes on the menu, which, according to your desire, will be served raw or cooked: Japanese tuna and Far Eastern scallop, king crab, Argentinean pink shrimp are used in the kitchen. The bar menu focuses on Asian drinks: several types of sake: rare sparkling sake, Asian whiskey, Chinese baijiu distillate, beer, fruit wine from Japan. The line of author’s cocktails with Asian notes deserves special attention. For example, the Akira mix is based on the combination of hot chili syrup and sweetness of mango puree, to which baijiu, vodka and lime juice are added. As an aperitif, a refreshing Yoko cocktail with gin, yuzu liqueur, guava juice, basil and lemongrass is ideal.
