Living in a bustling city makes us long for a break, a quiet though cultural
and insightful time off.The best place for it is Tretyakov Gallery, which dates back to 1856! It’s
a veritable treasury housing more than 150000 paintings and sculptures
created by prominent artists of different periods.The paintings of Rublev, Vasnetsov, Shishkin, Brulov, Repin, which
represent the golden heritage of Russia, as well as a lot of invaluable
icons are there to be marvelled at. Besides paintings, the gallery boasts a
collection of historical sculptures dating back to XI – XX AD.This excursion will reveal the true greatness of Russian as well as foreign
artists. Having visited the gallery, you’ll undoubtedly be overwhelmed by
its magnificent collection!

Itinerary:

10 am – meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby
10 am – 10.30 am – transfer to the museum, sightseeing tour
10.30 am – 12.30 pm – visiting Tretyakov Gallery, enjoying the
crown jewels of the collection
12.30 pm – 1 pm – return to the hotel
