Arranging a transfer to the airport and meeting with the driver upon arrival will help save time and effort.

- The start of the trip time is considered the time specified in the preliminary application, while the waiting time is paid according to the “City Trip” rate.
- The actual rental time is rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Transfer is a non-stop transportation of one or more passengers from point A (hotel) to point B (airport, railway station, river port) or vice versa. If the route is changed (transportation of each passenger to different addresses, stops at other places), the trip is paid at the “Transfer” rate plus hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate for the time the vehicle is used from the first stop of the vehicle based on the above rates.
- Transfer from the airport (railway station, river port) to the hotel includes 1 hour of free waiting from the moment of landing (arrival of the train, ship), after which the transfer cost is added to the hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate.
- Transfer from the hotel to the airport (railway station, river port) includes 10 minutes of free waiting from the moment of arrival, after which the transfer cost is added to the hourly payment according to the “City Trip” rate.
- In case of returning the passenger from the airport (railway station, river port), particularly in case of flight (train, ship) cancellation or delay, the return trip is paid based on the above rates.
- In case of passenger refusal to travel by Mercedes S-class at the “City Trip” rate, “Transfer” less than 1 hour before the time of execution (time of arrival) or the absence of the passenger at the address of arrival by the start time of the rental, the passenger pays a fine in the amount of 1 hour cost at the “City Trip” rate for the Mercedes S-class.
- In case of passenger refusal to travel by Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter at the “City Trip” rate less than 3 hours before the time of arrival or the absence of the guest at the address of arrival by the start time of the rental, the guest pays a fine in the amount of 1 hour cost at the “City Trip” rate for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter in accordance with the ordered vehicle class.
- In case of passenger refusal to travel by Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter at the “Transfer” rate (trips to/from the airport, from/to the railway or river station) less than 3 hours before the time of execution (time of arrival), the passenger pays a fine in the amount of the full cost at the “Transfer” rate for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter in accordance with the ordered vehicle class.
- The “City Trip” rate includes the cost of the first two hours of parking at paid city parking lots in Saint Petersburg when waiting during the trip.
- List of services subject to additional payment:
- Parking fees at the airport (railway station, river port) after free waiting time (more than 2 hours);
- VIP parking at the airport;
- Paid city parking, starting from the third hour of parking when waiting during the trip;
