Prices for transport for guests of the X-clinic sanatorium

Services of a professional driver with knowledge of English, wi-fi, multifunctional charger, water, umbrellas, shoe cleaning sponge are included in the price.

*When ordering a meeting at the Airport, the rate includes paid parking, meeting with a sign, waiting for the guest up to 1 hour. Waiting time (more than 15 minutes) is paid separately, at the rate of 1 hour rental of the selected type of vehicle.

*For Mercedes V-class vehicles with a capacity of 7 passengers, a 10% surcharge applies.

**Trips from 23:00 to 07:00 are charged with a 50% surcharge.

• The start of the trip time is the time indicated in the preliminary application, while the waiting time is paid according to the “City trip” tariff.
• Actual rental time is rounded up to one hour.
• Transfer is a non-stop transportation of one or more passengers from point A (hotel) to point B (airport, railway station, river port) or vice versa. If the route changes (transportation of each passenger to different addresses, stops at other places), the trip is paid based on the “Transfer” rate plus hourly payment at the “City trip” rate for the use of the car from the moment of the first stop of the car according to the above rates.
• Transfer from the airport (railway station, river port) to the hotel includes 1 hour of free waiting time from the moment of landing (arrival of the train, ship), after which the cost of the transfer is added to the hourly payment at the “City trip” rate.
• Transfer from the hotel to the airport (railway station, river port) includes 10 minutes of free waiting time from the moment of submission, after which the transfer cost is added to the hourly payment at the “City trip” rate.
• In case of return of the passenger from the airport (railway station, river port), in particular, in case of cancellation or postponement of the flight (train, ship), the return trip is paid based on the above rates.
• In case of cancellation by the passenger of the trip at the Mercedes S-class rate less than 1 hour before the time of its execution (submission time) or absence of the passenger at the submission address at the start of the rental period, the passenger pays a penalty in the amount of 1 hour at the “City trip” rate for the Mercedes S-class.
• In case of cancellation by the passenger of the trip at the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter rate less than 3 hours before the submission time or absence of the guest at the submission address at the start of the rental period, the guest pays a penalty in the amount of 1 hour at the “City trip” rate for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter according to the ordered car class.
• In case of cancellation by the passenger of the trip at the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter rate for “Transfer” (trips from/to the airport, from/to the railway or river station) less than 3 hours before the time of its execution (submission time), the passenger pays a penalty in the amount of the full cost at the “Transfer” rate for the Mercedes V-class or Mercedes Sprinter according to the ordered car class.
• The “City trip” tariff includes the cost of the first two hours of parking at paid city parking lots in St. Petersburg while waiting during the trip.
• The list of services to be additionally paid includes:
  • Parking costs at the airport (railway station, river port) after free waiting time (more than 2 hours);
  • VIP parking at the airport;
  • Paid city parking starting from the third hour of parking while waiting during the trip.
