A steakhouse with a Turkish twist in the congress park of the Ukraina Hotel. Legendary Istanbul chef Erdal Çetinkaya included 15 types of steaks, Asado oven-roasted beef ribs, beef sushi and signature burgers on the menu. All meat is aged in a special salt room for 26 days, then thinly sliced and almost always marinated.
